Job Title: Restoration Field Technician – Help Us Make a Difference! 🌿💧

Location: Brookfield Facility
Reports to: Lead Environmental Technician

What You'll Be Doing:

Restoring Environments: Use advanced tools to remove water, clean air ducts, and restore spaces that have been impacted by damage.
Hands-On Work: You’ll operate vacuum systems, clean HVAC systems, and even do some light demolition (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!).
Team Collaboration: You’ll work with a close-knit team to get jobs done right, with plenty of opportunities for learning and growth.
Safety First: As part of the team, you’ll follow safety protocols while making sure everything is completed with precision and care.

What We're Looking For:

No Experience? No Problem! We’re looking for people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. If you have experience in construction or home services, that's a bonus, but it's not required.
Tech-Savvy & Organized: Basic PC skills (e.g., MS Office) and the ability to document your work digitally.
Problem Solvers: We need people who are resourceful and can handle tasks with minimal supervision.
Team Players: Ability to work well with others to deliver amazing customer service and quality work.
Physical Strength: You should be able to handle physical tasks like lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces – but we promise, we’ll provide the right tools and safety training.

Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
